1The agreement
These terms govern your use of virtualintegrationviaopen.com, operated by Virtual Integration Via Open ("VIVO", "we"). By using the site or submitting the early-access form, you accept them. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
2Early access
- Submitting the form is a request, not a guarantee of access, a reservation of rights, or a contract for future services.
- Access is granted at our discretion, in whatever order and volume we choose, while the platform is pre-launch.
- You agree to submit accurate information and only your own. One request per person.
- We may decline or remove requests that are automated, fraudulent, or abusive.
3Acceptable use
Don't attempt to breach, probe, or overload the site or its APIs; don't submit others' personal information; don't use automated tools to scrape or mass-submit forms. Good-faith security research under our responsible disclosure policy is welcome.
4Intellectual property
The site's content — text, design, the VIVO wordmark and logo, and the technical whitepaper — belongs to VIVO. You may read, link to, and quote it with attribution. Don't reproduce the site wholesale or use the VIVO marks in a way that suggests affiliation or endorsement without written permission.
5The whitepaper and forward-looking statements
The technical whitepaper and roadmap describe work in progress. Sections marked planned or in-progress are intentions, not commitments; features, dates, and architecture may change or be abandoned. Nothing on this site is investment advice or an offer of securities.
6No warranties
The site and the early-access program are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that access requests will be fulfilled.
7Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIVO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).
8Privacy
How we handle personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
9Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the effective date above. Continued use after a change is acceptance. Questions: [email protected].
