Privacy Policy

Effective August 8, 2026  ·  Virtual Integration Via Open

The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run the early-access list, we never sell or share it for advertising, only the site owner can see it — behind biometric authentication — and you can have your record deleted by sending one email.

1Who we are and what this covers

Virtual Integration Via Open ("VIVO", "we") operates virtualintegrationviaopen.com. This policy covers that website, including the early-access request form. It does not cover third-party sites we link to, such as GitHub.

2What we collect

If you submit the early access form, we store:

  • What you type: name, email address, and — only if you choose to provide them — organization, role, and your note about why you're interested.
  • Submission context: the referring page, your browser's user-agent string, and a salted one-way hash of your IP address used for abuse prevention. We do not store your raw IP address with your record.

If you only browse the site, we store nothing about you in our database.

3How we use it

  • To manage the early-access list and contact you about VIVO access — the purpose you gave it to us for, and the only one.
  • To notify the site owner that a request arrived (see section 5).
  • To prevent duplicate and automated submissions.

We do not run advertising, we do not build behavioral profiles, and we do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Ever.

4Where it lives

Records are stored in Cloudflare D1, a database operated by Cloudflare, Inc. on our behalf. Requests to the site pass through Cloudflare's network, which acts as our hosting and security provider.

5Owner notifications

When a form is submitted, the details you entered are transmitted to Twilio Inc. solely to deliver a text-message notification to the site owner's own phone. No one else receives these messages, and Twilio is engaged only as a message carrier.

6Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic — which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from. This involves Google setting cookies (see section 7) and receiving standard request data. We use aggregate reports only; we do not use Google's advertising features, audience building, or remarketing.

7Cookies

The public site sets no cookies of its own. The complete list:

CookieWho sets itPurposeLifetime
_ga, _ga_*Google Analytics Distinguishes visitors for aggregate statisticsUp to 2 years
vivo_portalVIVO Administrator sign-in session for the owner's private dashboard. Set only after a successful biometric sign-in — never for visitors.8 hours
vivo_waVIVO Short-lived challenge during the administrator's sign-in ceremony. Never set for visitors.5 minutes

The VIVO cookies are strictly functional and apply only to the site administrator. The only cookie a normal visitor receives is Google Analytics. You can block it with any content blocker or browser setting without affecting the site.

8Retention and deletion

Early-access records are kept until the program concludes or you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first. To have your record deleted, email [email protected] from the address you signed up with — we'll confirm when it's done. There is nothing to "deactivate"; deletion removes the row.

9Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). The owner dashboard that can view submissions is protected by passkey authentication (Touch ID / Face ID — WebAuthn with required user verification), signed HttpOnly session cookies, and rate-limited lockouts. Credentials and API keys are stored as encrypted platform secrets, not in code. IP addresses are stored only as salted hashes.

10Responsible disclosure

If you find a security issue anywhere on this site, please email [email protected] with enough detail to reproduce it. We'll acknowledge within a few days, fix verified issues promptly, and credit you if you'd like. Please don't access other people's data or disrupt the service while testing.

11Children

This site and the early-access program are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child submitted the form, email us and we will delete the record.

12Changes and contact

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the effective date above and note the change on this page. Questions: [email protected].
